Congregational Meeting

Join us at a Congregational Meeting called for by Session on Sunday, May 5 following the 10:45 service.

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the members of the 2024 Nominating Committee. The Session is responsible for nominating the Chair (a currently sitting Elder) and the Elder Representative (a non-serving Elder). The Board of Deacons is responsible for nominating the Deacon Representative to serve on the committee. The Session has nominated Karen Barnes as Chair and Andy Beardsley as Elder Representative. The Board of Deacons has nominated G-J Darling as Deacon Representative. The four At-Large members of the Nominating Committee are nominated by the congregation. The At-Large nominees are: Kyle Adams, Cindy Argentine, Maggie Clark, Mike Crabb, Beth Ellis, Nick Etter, Dave Gall, Abby Houtman, Anne Kelvin, Kristyn Looney, Greg McDaniel, Christy Olney, Elaine Penrose, Jolene Rice, Mike Robertson, Lori Schein, Stan Soderstrom, Lynn Strueh, Lynn Tyler, Belinda Wallbank, and Steve Wright. 

The Nominating Committee is charged with the responsibility of selecting the members that will be presented as a slate of candidates to serve as Elders and Deacons beginning in 2025.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, however, you must be a member of ZPC to vote.
